I am a big fan of Halloween films of tension and mystery and also are a little stage fright, as long as it is not the blood and guts and murderous Article So if I like Disney's re-release is part of Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie, I just had a copy, even though my kids are too old to enter this Days of such films (you know teens) to watch.
Some argue that the parts were made scary too scary for the age group of the film, but I think it really depends on the "maturity" of the child watching the film. As with anything in life, each child matures at different levels and while some five years can handle a little scare about ten-year-olds still do not. That being said, I found the voltage delightful.
The film begins with the introduction Roo Lumpy see you for Halloween, that he never experienced trick-or-treating, dressing up in costume or scary stories. So it is no wonder that he takes the story Tiggers Gobloon to heart and fears for the worst.
Determined to help, to overcome his fears Lumpy, Roo tells the story of how piglets overcame his Fears of a Halloween long ago. (A flashback to an earlier Pooh films, boo for you! Is used here and feels a little strange.) During history, Pu managed to eat all the Halloween candy, so Roo Lumpy decides to take on a quest to capture and Gobloon desire for more Halloween candy. During their adventure, however, the two separated and Roo realized there want to make a more important.
Accompanying this edition of the film is the sweetest Soft toy, Winnie the Pooh Tigger in a costume, but I must admit that Roo and Lumpy would have been a better choice, since the film is based on these two characters.
The film also has some great bonus features: Plan Halloween party invitations, recipes and games such as "Trick or Treat-Re" and Pooh's Bingo.
